Bianca Falso, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in the treatment of mental health conditions, trauma, and family-related challenges. She brings warmth, expertise, and a collaborative spirit to therapy, helping clients feel supported and empowered in their journey toward healing. Regardless of the challenges that bring someone to therapy, Bianca develops a personalized treatment plan tailored to each client’s goals. By uncovering patterns and strengths, Bianca helps individuals and families apply practical, transferable strategies to create meaningful change.
Bianca’s work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Art Therapy, and Relational Therapy. She has completed advanced training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), both gold-standard treatments for trauma. In addition, Bianca incorporates the Nurtured Heart Approach, an evidence-based model that supports children and families in managing behaviors, emotions, and relationships with resilience and compassion.
Outside of Eastern Psychiatric, Bianca serves as the Director of a long-term psychiatric treatment facility for adolescents in New Jersey, where she oversees treatment planning and therapeutic programs for youth with complex psychiatric needs.
Previously, she has provided individual, family, and couples counseling in diverse settings, including mental health clinics, college counseling centers, and high schools. This broad experience gives her a deep understanding of the different challenges clients face across the lifespan.
